If you need to send something back:

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
• Request your return within 7 days of delivery
• Customers are responsible for return shipping

Once we receive your return, we’ll process it quickly and keep you updated 💌

Not in love? Let’s fix it.

• We offer free shipping on your first exchange
• You can swap your item for a different size or style
• As long as it’s in stock, we’ll make it happen

💌 If We Messed Up

Hey… we’re human. If we sent the wrong item or size:

• We’ll send a label for the wrong item and ship the correct item at no cost to you
• If it’s sold out, you can:
  • Choose a different item, or
  • Receive store credit

We’ll make it right - promise.
